Porridge is no longer a grey-beige fag to eat, at least not this tasty and filling porridge that is modern and full of benefits at the same time. Serve with the milk mixed with the tahini and coconut milk.

Proceed as follows:
1. Prepare the porridge according to package directions. If you don’t have the porridge mix I used, any porridge will do. Buckwheat porridge for example!
2. Mix the ingredients for the milk and season to taste.
3. Serve the porridge with milk and optional toppings such as sea buckthorn, raspberries, blueberries, sesame and pumpkin seeds.
And the good news is that it is gluten-free, with no refined sugar, no milk, no egg, and no nuts.
