These are strange and bleak times. Treat yourself to a good breakfast
It is time to pamper ourselves, so if you are one of those who envy those breakfasts that we see on Instagram and that we always want in the morning, let’s get to work! Prepare a rich and healthy sponge cake, orange juice, a good coffee, or whatever an appetizing breakfast means to you and enjoy that moment to the fullest … We assure you that the day begins in a different way when you give yourself this little tribute.
Meditate
Practicing meditation opens a world of possibilities to the mind, in my opinion, mainly mental clarity, serenity and can help you reduce anxiety -just what many of us need when we go through a moment like this. You do not need to have practiced yoga, much less a certain physical form, but the need must come from you… We know people who once tried it, they do not know how they have been able to manage complicated moments without this help (there are apps that they direct you and make it easy and very effective).
Learn a new language
Keep in mind that learning or perfecting a language can be a very good time to disconnect, it can give us satisfaction by materializing time in something that can be quite useful both for our personal and professional lives, in addition to many other advantages that some scientists list.
